Event: Paul Franklin & Friends Pedal Steel Camp, Aug 13-15 2021


BASIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

I acknowledge that the Performers, Artists, Players (except host Paul Franklin) are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, or player (except Paul Franklin) is changed or canceled, and the event still occurs.

I acknowledge that the event may be affected by National, State, or Local Covid-19 related restrictions, and, further, that I am attending at my own risk.

I acknowledge that the price of the ticket is $475, broken down as follows: The event itself is $425, and an additional $50 covers all taxes and processing fees.

I acknowledge that $75 of the $475 price is a non-refundable reservation fee.  Further, after June 15th 2021 the remaining $400 of the event purchase price is also not refundable - unless the event is cancelled before June 15th, 2021, in which case the full $475 will be refunded.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for arranging my own accommodations and meals. Accommodations and meals are not included in the camp ticket price.


OTHER LEGAL CONDITIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS


In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to 'you' – the person who will buy the tickets to Paul Franklin & Friends Steel Guitar Camp, 'Camp'.

Our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organizers of the Camp, Modern Music Masters, Inc.

We reserve the right to make changes and/or revisions to this set of terms and conditions without prior notification to you. Such changes, however, will be duly reflected on the website www.nashvillesteelguitarcamp.com. Check back there from time to time. Note that any changes made to these terms and conditions will relate back to the date of purchase of Camp tickets.

The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the 'Venue' - The Lodge at Montgomery State Park, TN, on Aug 13-15, 2021, when the Camp is scheduled to be held.

The bearer assumes full responsibility of the Camp tickets, once received. We have no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way. However, if you report such an event to us, we will of course make a good faith effort to verify your purchase and remedy the situation.

The event ticketing company, SimpleTix, ( website ) is the sole authorized source for purchasing Camp tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorized source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonor such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

The Camp tickets delivered to you are not to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. Any proven record of such activities will result in cancellation of your ticket(s).

Camp tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as Paul Franklin & Friends Steel Guitar Camp starts on the afternoon/evening of August 13th, 2021. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

If you personally are not able to access any particular sections of the venue due to travel delays, federal regulations, organizer policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, or any other reason, you will not be eligible for refunds or future credits.

If Paul Franklin & Friends Steel Guitar Camp is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, we have the right to:
    i)  reschedule the event, or
    ii) issue a refund

In case the event is fully canceled, the refund will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket($475). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on travel, personal accommodations, and such other expenses.

By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The minimum age for attending Paul Franklin & Friends Pedal Steel Camp is 16. If an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, they will not be granted entry to the Camp. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued.

At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.

By purchasing Camp tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to us to collect certain information about yourself (name, address, etc.) for verification, and you give consent to appear as passive inclusion in any filming/ecording of the event performed by us.

Specifically, by your presence at the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your presence constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media in perpetuity, of your possible appearance and voice for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the production and possible sale of any event recordings.

Modern Music Masters, Inc. does not take any responsibility to personal or financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

Paul Franklin & Friends Steel Guitar Camp and the venue follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the venue, and towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at the Camp and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

Please note that you purchase Paul Franklin & Friends Steel Guitar Camp tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained.

In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
